Ample Technologies Private Limited (“Ample”) is the officially licensed website partner of The LEGO® Group in India and operates this website as an independent retailer under licence from LEGO® Singapore Pte. Ltd. Ample acts as an independent seller of products purchased through this website and is not an agent of The LEGO® Group. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, Ample is hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms, policies, and guidelines set forth by the Company. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the website or placing an order.

Order placement & accuracy

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we request customers to double-check that all details provided at checkout — including shipping and billing information — are accurate. Inaccurate details may lead to delays or order cancellations.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted by you is complete, current and accurate.

Agreement to terms

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined here and the policies referred to in these Terms & Conditions, as applicable to your transaction.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract to create an account or place an order through this website.

Order confirmation & product availability

All orders are subject to final confirmation from Ample. While we aim to maintain accurate stock levels, some items may become unavailable. In such cases, your order may be cancelled, and you will be notified accordingly and any amount paid by you for the cancelled order will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Pricing policy

We strive to offer fair and consistent pricing on all our products. However, product prices are subject to change without prior notice prior to placement of an order.

In the event of a pricing discrepancy or unforeseen issue affecting the order, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order or seek your confirmation/clarification prior to proceeding with fulfilment of the order. In such instances, the customer shall be duly notified.

All applicable prices, taxes, delivery/shipping charges and other charges payable in connection with an order will be displayed or communicated prior to completion of the purchase, in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery timelines

We do our best to meet estimated delivery schedules, including our endeavour to arrange delivery within the timelines displayed or communicated at the time of purchase. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, strikes, logistical challenges or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any delivery timeline displayed on the website is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers will be provided with order tracking information, where applicable.

Ownership & risk transfer

Once your order has been delivered, the responsibility and ownership of the product pass to you. We cannot be held liable for any damage or loss post-delivery, except where such damage or loss is attributable to the Company or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Product inspection on delivery

We recommend checking your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or tampering, please bring it to our attention immediately through the customer support details provided on the website so we can assist you promptly.

Returns & refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, as per the guidelines outlined in our Refund Policy. We’re committed to resolving return requests efficiently.

Eligibility for returns, replacements, exchanges and refunds shall be governed by our Return and Refund Policy displayed on the website and applicable law. Nothing contained in these Terms shall restrict any statutory rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law.

Intellectual property rights

The LEGO® Group owns or is authorised to use the LEGO® trademarks, logos, product imagery, text, graphics and other LEGO®-branded content displayed on the website. Other content displayed on the website may be owned by Ample or the respective rights holder. All such intellectual property is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, distribution or exploitation of any content displayed on the website is strictly prohibited.

Unless expressly authorised in writing by The LEGO® Group, no person, automated system or third party may use LEGO®-branded text, graphics, images, sound or other LEGO®-branded content available through the website for developing, training or operating artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, including for text and data-mining purposes. Any such unauthorised use shall constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The LEGO® Group will not consider submissions written, developed or assisted by the use of artificial intelligence writing or image tools, including tools such as ChatGPT, DALL-E or Midjourney, where applicable to product ideas, challenge entries or other user-generated content. Such submissions may be rejected.

The LEGO® Group reserves all rights in its content, including rights relating to text and data mining, to the extent available under applicable law.

Privacy & data protection

Ample respects your privacy and processes personal data collected through the website in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected through the website may be processed for purposes including account creation and management, processing and fulfilment of orders, payments, delivery, returns and refunds, customer support, fraud prevention, website administration, analytics, compliance with applicable law and such other purposes as more particularly described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data may, where permitted under applicable law and as described in our Privacy Policy, be shared with or made accessible to authorised service providers, logistics and payment partners, LEGO® Singapore Pte. Ltd. and/or relevant entities of The LEGO® Group for specified purposes. Such processing may involve the transfer of or access to personal data outside India. Governing law & jurisdiction

All purchases made through our website and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the statutory rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable law, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or purchases through the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, India.

Where a change materially affects your rights or involves processing of personal data for a new purpose for which consent is required under applicable law, appropriate notice will be provided and fresh consent will be obtained where required.

Pre-booking terms & conditions

Pre-booking allows you to reserve LEGO® sets in advance, ensuring priority access once the product becomes available. Availability is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A pre-booking is subject to availability and does not constitute an unconditional guarantee that the relevant product will become available.

Payment terms

Full or partial payment, as specified on the product page, is required to confirm your pre-booking. Where partial payment has been made, the remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or store pick-up, and orders will be released or shipped only upon receipt of full payment. All applicable charges payable in relation to the pre-booking will be disclosed before the transaction is completed.

Cancellation & refund policy

Cancellations are allowed only before the order is invoiced. Eligible cancellations will incur a processing fee of 4% to cover payment gateway and administrative costs. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-booking due to stock limitations, a full refund will be issued without any deductions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Nothing contained in this section shall restrict any cancellation, refund or other statutory right available to a consumer under applicable law.

Product availability

Pre-bookings are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, and a pre-booking does not guarantee product availability, as stock limitations may apply. In the event of overbooking or allocation restrictions, affected customers will be contacted and given a full refund.

Changes to pre-booking

Once an order is confirmed, changes to the product selection, delivery method or store location cannot be made, so we request that you review all details carefully before placing your order. This restriction shall not affect any rights available to customers under applicable law.

Home delivery

You will be notified once your order is ready for dispatch. Estimated delivery timelines for your location can be checked using the Pincode Checker Tool on the product page. Delivery timelines communicated for pre-booked products are estimates only and may be affected by product availability and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Store pick-up

You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up at your selected store. At the time of collection, please bring a valid ID along with your order confirmation email. Any personal information contained in the identification document presented for verification shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Items must be collected within 7 days of notification; after this period, availability of the items can no longer be guaranteed.

Pricing & taxes

Prices shown at the time of booking are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Any delivery, handling or other applicable charges will be disclosed before the pre-booking is completed.

Communication

You will receive timely updates regarding your order via the email or phone number provided during checkout.

Transactional communications relating to your pre-booking, including order confirmation, payment, availability, delivery and collection notifications, may be sent using the contact details provided by you. Such transactional communications are separate from optional marketing communications.

Acceptance of terms

By placing a pre-booking order, you agree to the above terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy applicable to processing of personal data in connection with your pre-booking.

These terms may be updated periodically, and we recommend reviewing them before each booking. The terms applicable to your pre-booking will be those presented to you at the time the pre-booking is placed, subject to changes required by applicable law.
