You name the person. We go knocking on their door with a LEGO® set — on us! Take the quiz, tell us why they deserve it, and 15 of the most memorable entries will receive a LEGO® Drop Off at their doorstep.
1. The organiser
1.1. The LEGO® Drop Off (“Promotion”) is organised and administered by Ample Technologies Private Limited (“Organiser” or “Ample”), the officially licensed website partner of the LEGO® Group in India, through LEGO.in.
1.2. The Organiser shall be responsible for administering the Promotion, selecting winners and facilitating the delivery of prizes. The LEGO® Group shall not be responsible for the administration or fulfilment of the Promotion, except to the extent expressly agreed or required under applicable law.
2. Promotion period
2.1. The Promotion shall commence at 12:00 AM IST on 15 October 2026 and conclude at 11:59 PM IST on 31 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2.2. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period shall not be considered.
2.3. The Organiser reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion for legitimate operational, technical or regulatory reasons, subject to applicable law. Any material changes shall be communicated through LEGO.in.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The Promotion is open to individuals who are residents of India and are 18 years of age or above at the time of participation (“Participants”).
3.2. Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, agencies, service providers and partners directly involved in the Promotion, and their immediate family members, shall not be eligible to participate.
3.3. Participation in the Promotion is free, and no purchase is necessary.
3.4. Participants must possess a valid Indian mobile number and provide accurate and complete information to participate.
3.5. Participants may nominate only individuals personally known to them who reside in India and whose delivery addresses fall within the Organiser's serviceable locations.
3.6. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant and disqualify any entry containing false, misleading or incomplete information or otherwise violating these Terms & Conditions.
4. How to participate
4.1. To participate in the Promotion, Participants must:
a. Complete the LEGO® Drop Off quiz available at LEGO.in/dropoff.
b. Submit an original written response, not exceeding 300 words, explaining why their nominated individual (“Nominee”) deserves a LEGO® Drop Off.
c. Provide the required personal details, including their name, contact details, the Nominee's name and complete delivery address.
d. Verify their mobile number through a One-Time Password (OTP).
4.2. Only one entry per verified mobile number shall be permitted during the Promotion Period.
4.3. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries shall not be considered.
4.4. Participants shall ensure that the information and content submitted are accurate, lawful and do not infringe any third-party rights.
4.5. Submission of an entry does not guarantee selection as a winner or receipt of any prize.
4.6. The Organiser shall not be responsible for entries that are delayed, lost, incomplete or not received due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5. Winner selection and notification
5.1. A panel appointed by the Organiser shall evaluate eligible entries and select 15 winners (“Winners”) based on originality, creativity and the manner in which the submitted response captures the relationship or bond between the Participant and the Nominee.
5.2. Quiz answers, persona results and recommended LEGO® sets shall not influence the selection of Winners.
5.3. The selection process shall be conducted at the Organiser's discretion, based on the prescribed evaluation criteria. The Organiser's decision shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
5.4. Winners shall be contacted through their registered mobile number or email address on or before 4 November 2026.
5.5. Winners may be required to provide additional information reasonably necessary for verification of eligibility and prize fulfilment.
5.6. In the event that a Winner fails to respond within 48 hours of the first notification, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible or fails to provide the necessary information, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate Winner.
5.7. The Organiser may announce the Winners after completion of the Drop-Off deliveries to preserve the element of surprise. Any public disclosure of identifiable information shall be subject to the relevant individual's consent and applicable law.
6. Prize details
6.1. Each Winner's Nominee shall receive one LEGO® set (“Prize”), delivered to the Nominee's nominated address at no additional delivery cost.
6.2. The Organiser shall endeavour to provide the LEGO® set selected on the quiz result page. However, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the selected set with another LEGO® set of equivalent or similar retail value, depending on product availability, age suitability or other reasonable operational requirements.
6.3. The maximum retail value of each Prize shall not exceed INR [.], inclusive of applicable taxes.
6.4. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product, except where required under applicable law.
6.5. All applicable taxes and statutory obligations arising in connection with the Prize shall be addressed in accordance with applicable Indian law. The Organiser may request information and documentation necessary for compliance with applicable tax obligations before releasing the Prize.
6.6. No compensation, monetary equivalent or alternative benefit shall be payable if a Prize is refused or cannot be delivered for reasons not attributable to the Organiser, subject to applicable law.
7. Prize delivery and drop-off
7.1. The Organiser shall endeavour to deliver the Prizes between 5 November 2026 and 12 November 2026, subject to logistical feasibility, availability and serviceability of the relevant delivery locations.
7.2. The Organiser shall coordinate the proposed delivery schedule with the Winner to preserve the surprise element of the Promotion. The Organiser shall not contact the Nominee before the proposed delivery, unless necessary for lawful and safe fulfilment.
7.3. Delivery shall be restricted to serviceable PIN codes within India. Where delivery to the nominated address is not feasible, the Organiser may request the Winner to provide an alternate serviceable address.
7.4. If the Nominee is unavailable at the time of delivery, the Organiser shall endeavour to make one additional delivery attempt.
7.5. With the Winner's agreement, and subject to appropriate verification and any required consent, the Prize may be handed over to another responsible individual at the nominated address or to the Winner.
7.6. If the Nominee refuses to accept the Prize, the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, or delivery remains unsuccessful after the permitted attempts, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel fulfilment of the Prize, subject to applicable law.
7.7. The Organiser shall not be responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect information, logistical disruptions, events beyond its reasonable control or the unavailability or refusal of the Nominee.
7.8. Delivery personnel shall not be required to enter private premises without permission or undertake any activity that may compromise the safety or security of the Nominee, Winner, delivery personnel or any other individual.
7.9. The Organiser reserves the right to reschedule deliveries for reasonable operational or safety-related reasons.
8. Nominee information and data privacy
8.1. By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm that they personally know the Nominee, that the information provided is accurate and that they reasonably believe the Nominee would welcome a surprise delivery.
8.2. Participants shall ensure that they have a lawful basis for sharing the Nominee's personal information with the Organiser for the limited purpose of conducting the Promotion and facilitating Prize delivery.
8.3. Personal information collected under the Promotion shall be processed only for legitimate purposes connected with its administration, including verifying entries, selecting Winners, contacting Participants and facilitating Prize delivery, and for any other purpose lawfully notified to the relevant individual.
8.4. The Organiser may share relevant information with its authorised personnel, fulfilment partners and service providers solely to the extent necessary for conducting the Promotion, delivering Prizes and meeting applicable legal obligations.
8.5. The Organiser shall implement reasonable security measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, use, disclosure or loss.
8.6. Personal information shall be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes of the Promotion or as required under applicable law, after which it shall be securely deleted or anonymised, as appropriate.
8.7. The Organiser shall not use the Nominee's personal information for unrelated marketing activities without obtaining the necessary consent.
8.8. Any information provided to or collected directly from the Nominee shall be handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. Where necessary, the Organiser shall provide an appropriate privacy notice and obtain any legally required consent.
8.9. All personal information shall be handled in accordance with the LEGO.in Privacy Policy, available at [insert Privacy Policy link], and applicable Indian data protection laws.
9. Content and publicity
9.1. Participants confirm that their submitted responses are original and do not contain offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful or otherwise objectionable material or infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
9.2. By submitting an entry, Participants grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and evaluate the submitted content solely for administering and conducting the Promotion.
9.3. The Organiser may use a Winner's first name, city and excerpts from their submitted response for promotional communications, subject to obtaining the Winner's consent.
9.4. Any filming, photography, recording or publication involving a Winner or Nominee shall be subject to the separate consent of the individual concerned. Participation in any such filming or promotional activity shall be entirely voluntary.
9.5. Where a minor is involved in any filming, photography or promotional activity, the Organiser shall obtain the necessary consent from the minor's parent or lawful guardian before using or publishing such material.
9.6. The Organiser reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
10. General conditions
10.1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
10.2. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to have engaged in fraudulent, misleading, abusive or unlawful conduct or any attempt to manipulate the Promotion.
10.3. The Organiser may modify, suspend, extend or cancel the Promotion for legitimate reasons, including technical failures, regulatory requirements, force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
10.4. The Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt of the Prize, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
10.5. Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10.6. The Organiser shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions or other force majeure events.
10.7. The Organiser's decisions regarding eligibility, evaluation of entries, winner selection and fulfilment of Prizes shall be made reasonably and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
10.8. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or any other third-party social media platform.
10.9. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable mandatory statutory jurisdiction, the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with the Promotion.
11. Grievance redressal
11.1. For any queries, complaints or concerns relating to the Promotion, including eligibility, Winner selection, Prize delivery or processing of personal information, Participants may contact the Organiser at [insert designated email address].
11.2. The Organiser shall endeavour to address complaints and concerns within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
